Lauren Homuth

Lauren Homuth is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Maxar Technologies since March 2022. Previously, Lauren held various roles at DISH Network from January 2018 to March 2022, including Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for both Technology and Sales & Manufacturing sectors. Prior to that, Lauren worked at EchoStar Corporation from June 2012 to January 2018, progressing through roles such as Recruiting Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist II. Lauren began career at ASG as a Corporate Recruiter and also held HR-related positions from September 2006 to June 2012. Academically, Lauren earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University.
