Leland Osborne

Leland Osborne is an accomplished systems engineer with extensive experience in software systems management and engineering. Currently, Leland serves as the Manager of Software Systems Engineers and previously held the position of Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Maxar Technologies since April 2019. Prior positions include Systems Engineer roles at Flexwind and TASC, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed requirement documentation, stakeholder needs elicitation, and support for program management functions. Leland began professional endeavors with an interdisciplinary student capstone project focused on treating phantom limb pain through virtual reality at the University of Virginia, followed by internships at TASC, Inc. and Clarabridge, which involved applying systems engineering methodologies and sentiment analysis. Leland holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the University of Virginia.
