Michael Hammond

Michael Hammond is a seasoned professional in the geospatial field with extensive experience in 3D imagery analysis and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Currently serving as a 3D Geospatial Imagery Analyst at Maxar Technologies since July 2020, Michael specializes in building accurate 3D models and is a Subject Matter Expert in proprietary software and methodologies. Previous roles at Vricon and Leidos involved producing high-quality 3D maps, conducting detailed quality control, and providing mentorship to technicians and analysts. Michael's foundational experience includes positions at CACI International Inc, where quality assurance and feature extraction were key responsibilities. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and an Environmental Studies Certificate from Ohio University.
