Peter Allen

Peter Allen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering, project management, and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Software Engineer at Maxar Technologies since February 2019, Peter previously held various leadership roles, including Senior Collaboration Team Manager and Scrum Master at SSL, where emphasis was placed on agility for communications spacecraft. Peter's background also includes serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Financial Engines, an Agile Technical Manager at Gap Inc., and an Agile Coach at Blue Shield of California. Other significant positions include Engineering Manager at Comcast Cable, VP of Engineering for several startups, and Director of Software Engineering at Napster, where Peter led the development of a secure subscription service. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and is certified as a ScrumMaster by the Scrum Alliance.
