Olga Penkova

Olga Penkova has over seven years of experience in product ownership and implementation engineering, currently serving as a Product Owner at MaxBill since October 2016. Key responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch stages, conducting business analysis, prioritizing project backlogs, and leading billing upgrade projects. Prior to this, Olga held various roles at MaxBill, including Implementation Engineer, where responsibilities involved supporting telecom billing projects, investigating errors, and developing new product offerings. Olga also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Sprava Ukraine and as Head of Finance at Бис Холдинг, focusing on cash flow management and financial planning. Olga holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Donetsk National Technical University.
