The Supply Chain and Procurement team at Maxeda DIY Group is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods from suppliers to stores, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery. This team handles everything from sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and planning inventory to overseeing logistics and procurement of goods not for resale (GNFR). Their goal is to maintain a seamless supply chain that supports the company's 345 stores, ensuring high availability of products for their 1.5 million weekly customers across the Benelux region.
