Dianne Naughton PMP has over 20 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Dianne has held various roles in different companies, starting with their position as an Academic Computing Services member at Lafayette College from 1992 to 1997. In this role, Dianne played a key role in the development of the Helpdesk and provided support to the campus community.
Following their work at Lafayette College, Dianne joined MBNA America in 1997 as a LAN Administration Consultant. Dianne'sresponsibilities included providing support for over 500 users in a NetWare 4.11 environment and administering user accounts, printers, and applications.
In 1998, Dianne joined CPC International (Bestfoods) as a Messaging Analyst. During their time there, they were in charge of maintaining Lotus Notes servers, managing connectors to the system, and executing plans for internet email connectivity.
Dianne then worked as a consultant at CGS from April 1999 to September 1999, after which they joined Maxell Corporation of America. At Maxell, they were initially hired as a Senior Network Administrator and quickly promoted to Senior IT Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring server system uptime, maintaining corporate MPLS network and IPSEC VPN tunneling. Dianne eventually became the Director of Information Technology, taking on additional responsibilities such as strategic planning and presenting IT needs to the Board of Directors.
Throughout their career, Dianne has demonstrated their expertise in IT and consistently achieved success in their roles, even during challenging economic times.
Dianne Naughton PMP completed their high school education at Dumont High School, receiving a High School Diploma in the year 1992. Following this, they attended Lafayette College from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. In June 2016, they also obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
