Maxime Lacour is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As the CEO and Founder of SMATCH Groupe since January 2024, Maxime promotes the importance of human capital for growth and performance. Concurrently, Maxime leads Maxences, an incubator focused on refining employer branding initiatives. Prior to these ventures, Maxime founded LR TECHNOLOGIES, providing engineering consulting services to critical industrial sectors, and Alter Solutions, another engineering consultancy. Earlier in the career, Maxime held strategic purchasing roles at AREVA T&D, Siemens, and GE Healthcare, demonstrating expertise in procurement strategies and operations management.
