Balaji Ganesan

Balaji Ganesan has extensive work experience in the solar energy industry. Balaji is currently working as the Lead After sales and Product Engineer - APAC at Maxeon Solar Technologies since January 2023. Previously, they worked at Fronius Australia, where they held various roles such as Lead Technical Support Engineer, Technical Advisor, Technical Product Coordinator, and Technical Sales Coordinator between 2016 and 2023. Before that, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Essential Solar from August 2015 to 2016. Balaji also has experience as a Solar PV - Field engineer at SunEdison from May 2013 to October 2014, and as a Solar PV - Design engineer at Sunbind renewable energy from October 2012 to March 2013.

Balaji Ganesan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University, obtained from 2006 to 2010. Balaji also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical technology for Sustainable and Renewable Energy Systems from the University of Nottingham, obtained from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Balaji has several certifications in the field including "Grid-Connect Design of Photovoltaic power systems" from Clean Energy Council in 2016, "GALILEO MASTER CERTIFICATE" from the European Energy Centre (EEC) in 2013, "SOLAR ENERGY TECHNOLOGY - INSTALLATION, PROJECT ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT" from the Government of India in 2012, and "ETAP - POWER SYSTEMS ENGINEERING" from ETAP - Operation Technology, Inc. in 2012.
