Maxfield Real Estate was established in 1954 by Henry S. Maxfield Sr. and quickly earned the reputation as the authority for real estate in the lakes region. His son Henry "Chip" Maxfield Jr. took over the business in 1983 and continued to grow the company to three offices and over 45 agents.

Today, a new father and son team is at the helm of Maxfield Real Estate. After working for over two decades in real estate in the Lakes Region, Randy Parker has teamed up with his son Jon and is proud to continue the successful history of bringing people and homes together.
