David Chillura

David Chillura is an Analyst at Maxim focused on underwriting and sourcing bridge loans. Prior to joining the Maxim team, Mr. Chillura was an Associate at 48 Capital where he assisted in sourcing and analyzing commercial debt. Prior to 48 Capital, David worked as a Management Consultant for Cognizant Consulting in their Digital Strategy practice.

Mr. Chillura received a Bachelors degree from Georgetown University, a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
