Michael McLin

Michael McLin currently serves as the CEO of Maxim Consulting Group, LLC, a position held since July 2009. Prior to this role, Michael was the Director at Navigant, where responsibilities included developing construction management consulting services and advancing the firm's offerings within the industry. Michael's experience also includes serving as the National Practice Leader for Project Execution at FMI Corporation, focusing on expanding project execution services in the western United States, and as Project Executive at Fischbach & Moore Electric, where management of a complex tunnel ventilation system was a key achievement. Michael began a career in the construction field at Sturgeon Electric Company, progressing from operator to foreman. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
