'Rusty Sturgeon'

Rusty Sturgeon currently serves as the Director of Lean Operations Consultant at Maxim Consulting Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rusty was the Director of Prefabrication and Lean Initiatives at Prime Electric from June 2021 to February 2024. Additionally, Rusty spent nearly a decade at Sequoyah Electric & Network Services as the Process Development Manager, focusing on the development and definition of operational and administrative processes to enhance efficiency in lean construction. Rusty holds a CPIM part 1 certification in Certified Production and Inventory Management from APICS Puget Sound Chapter, obtained in 2018, and completed education in electrical trades at NW JATC between 1997 and 2001.
