Rich Milland has extensive experience in business development and operations within the industrial sector. Currently serving as the Director of Industrial Business Development & Strategic Accounts for the Western Region at Maxim Crane Works, LP since July 2004, Rich is responsible for developing key industrial markets and accounts. Previously, as the Industrial Operations Manager, Rich managed all aspects of business development and operations for major refineries and power generation companies. Prior to that, Rich held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TIMEC Company, Inc. from July 1996 to July 2004, where responsibilities included managing sales teams across multiple regions, maintaining existing accounts, and developing new key accounts alongside the creation of an annual business plan.
