Amanda Talbot possesses extensive experience in healthcare staffing, currently serving as a Regional Field Manager at both Amergis Healthcare Staffing and Maxim Healthcare Services since April 2013. In these roles, Amanda effectively manages team development, collaborates across departments to ensure operational efficiency, oversees caregiver onboarding processes, and implements best practices while maintaining accurate payroll and billing procedures. Previous positions at Maxim include Service Coordinator and Personnel Coordinator, where Amanda managed numerous patient cases, coordinated flu clinics, and maintained personnel files for over 150 nurses.
