Cynthia Lara has a diverse professional background in the healthcare staffing industry, currently serving as the Director of Divisional Strategy at Maxim Healthcare Staffing since 2017, alongside previous roles as a Healthcare Recruiter and Business Development Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Cynthia held the position of Administrative Clerk at Roma Moulding Inc. from July 2010 to February 2024. Cynthia is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University, Long Beach, where studies were pursued from 2013 to 2016.
