Heather Hartman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Heather began their career at Lifetime Fitness in 2017 as a Kids Academy Supervisor. Heather then joined A Brighter Avenue - ABA Therapy in 2018 as an Early Childhood Habilitation Therapist. In 2019, they interned at Maricopa County Public Health. Heather then transitioned to Maxim Healthcare Staffing in 2020, starting as a Healthcare Recruiter and later becoming the Healthcare Recruiter Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager and will soon assume the role of Director of Business Operations at Maxim Healthcare Staffing.
Heather Hartman earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University in 2019. Heather then pursued a Master's degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, which they completed in 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certifications as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from A BRIGHTER AVENUE - ABA Therapy and in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association in 2017.
