Justin Salerno has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries. Justin began their career as an intern at Kane County Cougars Baseball, where they gained knowledge in marketing, promotions, customer service, and various other aspects of the sports industry. Justin then worked as a Campus Rep at CBS Sports, where they developed and executed strategic marketing plans for multiple brands. Justin also gained event marketing experience at ESPN. Moving forward, Justin worked as an International Programs Assistant at Arizona State University, encouraging fellow business students to study abroad. Justin then transitioned into the healthcare industry, starting as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Staffing. Justin progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Healthcare Recruiter, Account Recruiting Manager, and Business Development Manager. Justin currently holds the position of Director of Business Operations at Maxim Healthcare Staffing. Justin is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients and has a strong background in business operations and recruiting.

Justin Salerno received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they also briefly studied International Business at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Prior to their university education, they obtained a High School Diploma from Waubonsie Valley High School, graduating in 2009.
