Troy Hamilton

Troy joined Maxim in 1996. Prior to joining Maxim, Troy worked in Financial Services. He was elevated to the role of President in 2016 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Throughout his 26+ years at Maxim, Troy has held numerous roles in Sales and Finance giving him a clear understanding of the company’s operations. Troy’s leadership style empowers his team members to strive to maximize accountability and performance. The goal is to achieve a collaborative approach to reaching new levels of success and “be better today than we were yesterday”.
