Anni Pavlenko

Anni Pavlenko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the legal field. Anni is currently the Head of the Legal Department at MAXIMA Eesti since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Counsel and Board Member at Techni Ventures starting from May 2022. Anni also has experience as a Visiting Lecturer at Tallinn University of Technology since September 2015.

In terms of their previous roles, Anni worked at Startup Wise Guys as the Head of Legal from April 2021 to July 2023, and as a Legal Officer from September 2018 to April 2021. Anni also worked as a Company Lawyer at DreamApply from December 2018 to June 2021, and as a Lawyer at Advokaadibüroo HansaLaw from September 2017 to March 2019.

Anni's earlier experience includes being the Regional Coordinator of Finland and an in-house lawyer at DreamApply from May 2016 to January 2018. Anni started their career as an Intern at SA Eesti Inimõiguste Keskus (Estonian Human Rights Centre) in September 2011 and later became a Legal Expert, providing legal aid for asylum seekers and conducting strategic litigation until December 2017.

From 2013 to 2016, Anni Pavlenko pursued their Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law and Technology at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. Anni graduated with distinction, achieving a cum laude distinction. This represents the extent of their documented education history.
