Xochitl Ruiz

Xochitl Ruiz has extensive experience in engineering and process improvement, currently serving as an Excellence Engineer at Ethicon USA since December 2014, focusing on process improvement and work standardization for sutures and needles. Xochitl also holds the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Maximatecc since March 2014, leading new product introductions and developing plant layouts and machine requirements. Prior to these roles, Xochitl was involved in the start-up of a new appliances plant in Mexico and led tooling and fixtures development. Earlier experience includes a tenure at GE Healthcare from April 2007 to November 2013, where Xochitl handled design validations and engineering change orders. Xochitl obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autonoma de Juarez and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Juarez.
