Dmitry Kuznetsov

Dmitry Kuznetsov has a diverse and extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Dmitry is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Maximizer since November 2022. Previously, Dmitry worked at Skyeng from January 2020 to October 2022, where they served as a Software Engineering Manager for the Academic department and later for the Marketing department. In these roles, they led multiple development teams, improved lead time for marketing tasks, introduced new marketing tools, and implemented a PDP initiative to enhance the skills of engineers. Before Skyeng, Dmitry worked as a Software Development Manager at Action-MCFR Mediagroup from February 2019 to September 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead Software Developer at Biglion from October 2017 to February 2019. Dmitry's previous experiences also include working as a Senior Software Developer at RoboForex from March 2014 to May 2017, a Software Developer at RosBusinessConsulting from October 2011 to March 2014, a Software Developer at JSC Central Research Institute from February 2010 to September 2011, a Software Developer at LLC AsdSoft from May 2008 to January 2010, a Technical Support at NSTU n.a. Dmitry Kuznetsov holds an Engineer's degree in Information Processing and Control Automated Systems Engineering from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev (NSTU), which they obtained from 2005 to 2011. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued professional retraining in Digital Product Management at the Higher School of Economics.
