Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MAXIMO NIVEL, Héctor oversees operations across Latin America and the United States, focusing on standardizing processes and fostering cross-cultural collaboration to enhance study abroad programs. Previously, Héctor held roles including Country Manager in Guatemala, where leadership encompassed recruitment, training, and client service, and Director of National Programs in Peru, achieving record student enrollment and satisfaction. Additional experience includes positions at Teaching House and Qüask Marketing, complemented by a strong educational background with multiple Executive MBAs and a degree in Marketing and Market Research from Universidad de Granada.
