Chockalingam VR is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, compliance management, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a member of the founding team and Head of Delivery at Maximor AI since June 2025, Chockalingam is focused on innovating finance and accounting processes for mid-market companies through AI automation. Additionally, as a co-founder of UnV Management Consultants P Ltd since April 2023, Chockalingam provides strategic support to startups in developing business plans and ensuring compliance. Previous roles include Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at CGI, where expertise in complex contract analysis and IFRS financial reporting was honed, and a series of finance management positions at Infosys. Chockalingam holds an Executive Programme in Applied Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
