Ricky Engelberg is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Maximum Effort since March 2023, Ricky previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Vista from September 2019 to February 2023. Ricky’s tenure at Converse from October 2016 to September 2019 included the role of Vice President of Brand Communications, Digital, and Media. Prior to that, Ricky worked at Nike from 2002 to 2016, progressing through several senior roles, including Vice President of Experience Innovation and Senior Director of Experience Innovation. Ricky's career began with founding Around Media Co., an online marketing firm, specializing in grassroots marketing for clients such as Buena Vista Pictures and Nike. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a focus on New Media from The University of Georgia, completed in December 2000.
