Carrie Poppy

Carrie Poppy is a host at Maximum Fun. Carrie previously worked as a senior special projects coordinator at Foundation To Support Animal Protection from December 2010 to August 2013. There, they created and executed media strategies that won FSAP coverage in major outlets like The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, ABC national, The Colbert Report, and more. Carrie also worked at Maximum Fun previously. Lastly, they have also worked for herself in the past.

Carrie Poppy has a Master's of Science in Journalism from the University of Southern California and has also completed an advanced program graduate in improvisational comedy and sketch comedy; writing and performance from The Groundlings School of Improvisation. Carrie has a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of the Pacific.
