Meeta Punwani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Business Director at Maximus Global Consultants since August 2014, Meeta leads a boutique search firm focused on the Financial Services, Media, Technology, and Manufacturing sectors. Previously, Meeta held the position of Manager - Business HR at Aditya Birla Group, overseeing talent planning and corporate hiring, while also managing recruitment for a significant project from India for AV Terrace Bay Mill in Canada. Earlier roles include Manager - HR Business Partner at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), where Meeta implemented performance management and employee retention initiatives, and Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition, successfully managing high-volume recruitments. Meeta's career began at Mindspace Human Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Leader, guiding teams in hiring for various industries, and earlier as a Recruitment Associate at Synergy.
