Rich Carroll

Rich Carroll currently serves as a Principal in the CFO Advisory Practice at Maximus Partners, LLC, starting in February 2024. Previously, Rich held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ParetoHealth from January 2020 to February 2024, and served as a Founding Board Member at 2X from February 2017 to March 2023. Additionally, Rich was the Chief Financial Officer at WGroup until its acquisition by Wavestone in January 2020, and at Quintiq until its acquisition by Dassault Systèmes in 2016. Rich's career began with roles at IKON Office Solutions, where contributions included Director of Corporate Strategy and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2005 to 2012. Educational credentials encompass a Post Graduate degree in Finance from Villanova University, an MBA in Management Information Systems from Saint Joseph's University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Elon University.
