Lucia Strafach has extensive experience in resident services, currently serving as the Resident Services Manager at Maximus Real Estate Partners since May 2019, where previous roles included Assistant Resident Services Manager and Resident Services Hub Agent. Prior to this, Lucia held various positions at Dressbarn from October 2012 to April 2019, including Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Sales Associate. Lucia earned an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from CT State Three Rivers between 2012 and 2015.
