Rhys James

Rhys James is a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant at Maximus UK since September 2020, providing case management and return-to-work support while assessing client needs and crafting tailored occupational recommendations. Previously, Rhys served as Business Manager for Coastal JETS, leading and motivating a team of Employment Advisors to achieve performance targets. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Advisor, where Rhys supported participants in navigating digital job search tools and addressing employment barriers. Rhys also has a background in coaching, having worked as an Academy Coach for Swansea City Football Club, focusing on youth development in accordance with the club's philosophy. Rhys began a professional journey at Wilko as a Cashier and holds a Master's degree in Sports Coaching from the University of South Wales, obtained in 2018.
