Bob Long

Bob Long is an experienced Human Resource specialist with a focus on employee relations, currently working at Maximus since February 2023. Previous roles include positions at Amazon as a Delivery Specialist and at Uber as a Delivery Driver. Bob has a strong background in HR, holding roles such as Talent Advisor at Kelly and Client Delivery Supervisor at Adecco, both of which involved employee relations and onboarding processes. Bob's past experience also includes being a Human Resource Training Specialist for the United States Department of Defense and Director of Communications for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. Bob holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Walden University.
