Chuck Gallagher is an accomplished Agile leader with extensive experience spanning various industries, including technology and education. Currently serving as the Director of Agile for NYSOH at Maximus since November 2019, Chuck has spearheaded Agile training initiatives and developed best practices across the organization. Prior to this role, Chuck served as an Enterprise Agile Coach at SunTrust, leading the bank's Agile transformation, and as an Agile Coach at Capital One, providing guidance on Agile practices. Chuck also has a strong educational background, holding a Master's degree in Secondary Science Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Longwood College.
