Edgar Ciliberto, PMP, is an accomplished IT Project Manager with extensive experience in leading the life cycle of technical projects across various organizations. Currently positioned at Maximus as an IT Project Manager with expertise in change management and vendor management, Edgar has successfully handled project planning, budgeting, and execution using advanced project management techniques. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at Technip Energies, where similar responsibilities were held, and Information Technology Analyst at Baker Hughes, focusing on asset recovery efforts.
