Guy Reay

Guy Reay is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in strategic technology management and portfolio performance. Currently serving as the U.K. Head of Technology Partnering, Portfolio & Performance at MAXIMUS since January 2019, Guy previously held significant roles including Director of Business Partnering & Portfolio Management at the University of Leicester and Director of Business Partnering & Portfolio Management at HM Revenue & Customs. In these positions, Guy led IT-enabled change initiatives supporting thousands of users and managed multi-million-pound portfolios. Prior experience includes strategic planning and business improvement roles at Severn Trent Water and Next Ltd, as well as project management within the NHS. Guy holds a BA Hons in History from The University of Sheffield.
