Josie Skidmore

Josie Skidmore possesses extensive experience in human resources and aquatic program management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Senior Specialist at Maximus since September 2005, roles have included Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Senior Coordinator, Recruiting Specialist in Human Capital, and Administrator III in Human Capital. Prior to this, Josie was the Aquatics Director for the Town of Pittsford Recreation, where responsibilities included supervising lifeguards, teaching CPR and lifeguarding courses, and managing swim lessons. Additionally, Josie served as Lifeguard Captain for the City of Rochester Parks and Recreation, overseeing lifeguard teams, leading trainings, and coaching the community swim team. Josie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Religious Studies from Le Moyne College.
