Kathleen Salanik

Kathleen Salanik, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Program Executive and Managing Director at Maximus, where responsibilities include leading teams for the Department of Education's Debt Management and Collections System, overseeing information technology systems, information security, and continuous improvement services. Previously, Kathleen held roles such as Senior Director and PMO Lead at Maximus, focusing on portfolio management and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at the Association of Community Cancer Centers, and extensive tenure at the American Red Cross, where Kathleen directed international humanitarian services and managed various programs related to family separation due to conflict and disaster. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Global Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
