Marie Russell

Marie Russell is the Vice President of Federal Alliances at Maximus. Prior to their current role, Marie worked as the Senior Director of EMEA Field and Partner Marketing at Juniper Networks from April 2014 to March 2022. In this role, Marie was responsible for leading BD and marketing efforts to integrators and service providers for rapidly deployable renewable energy solutions for off grid/tactical edge applications in DoD, public safety and telecom.

Prior to their time at Juniper Networks, Marie worked as the Vice President of Channel Sales and Marketing at Actelis from December 2007 to September 2008. In this role, Marie was responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for the company's channel partners.

Marie has also worked as a Business Development Executive at both Walker and Associates from May 2009 to February 2012 and SkyBuilt Power from February 2012 to August 2013. In these roles, Marie was responsible for leading BD efforts for AT&T and the DoD respectively.

Marie Russell has a MBA in Marketing from the George Washington University School of Business, a BS in Marketing from Penn State University, and has completed executive leadership coursework at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Marie also has a Juniper Leadership certification from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Marie Russell reports to Teresa Weipert, GM, U.S. Federal Services Segment. They work with Thomas Naughton - President, U.S. Federal Citizen Services, Tim Meyers - VP, Federal Cybersecurity, and Raj Parameswaran - President, U.S. Federal Information Technology.
