Olia Whaley

Olia Whaley serves as the Senior Director of Global, Corporate, and US Services Talent Acquisition at Maximus since September 2013, leading a dedicated team in corporate office, executive talent acquisition, and health services project management. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Chenega Corporation, Recruitment Manager at L-3 Communications, Operations Manager at the National College of Advocacy, and various recruitment and project coordination positions in other organizations. With a strong background in recruitment strategies and team development, Olia's earlier experience also includes teaching as an Associate Professor of English at Moscow Linguistic University and earning a Master's degree in Education with a focus on English as a Second Language from Moscow State Linguistic University.
