Pamela Powers

Pamela Powers is a transformative leader and innovator with extensive experience in the federal market space. Currently serving as the Executive Managing Director and Defense Market Lead at Maximus, Pamela has held prominent roles, including Acting Deputy Secretary at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Chief of Staff for the 9th Air Expeditionary Task Force during OPERATION Inherent Resolve. With over 30 years of leadership, including retirement as an Air Force Colonel, Pamela is recognized for driving significant growth and transformation while advocating for women in national security through advisory positions at the Leadership Council for Women in National Security and Women Veterans Interactive. Pamela holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
