Renee Moore

Renee Moore is an experienced professional with a strong background in Medicaid Managed Care and operational leadership. Currently serving as Director at Maximus since November 2018, Renee provides expertise on the Medicaid Managed Care Enrollment Broker Outreach program and enhances performance by enforcing policies, managing teams, and overseeing financial metrics. Previously, Renee held the role of Operations Manager for the North Carolina Unemployment Insurance Project, managing up to 200 call center representatives. At Pride in North Carolina, LLC, from May 2011 to November 2018, Renee worked as Case Manager/QP and Interim Team Lead, acting as a liaison and developing outreach efforts. Additionally, Renee served as Interim Regional Director, providing supervision and program quality assurance. Early career experience includes a position as Teaching Assistant at Onslow County Schools from August 2006 to June 2011.
