Tamara Lepianka

Tamara Lepianka is an experienced professional in data and IT governance, currently serving as Director of Data Governance and Director of IT Governance at Maximus since April 2020. Tamara has held a progressive range of roles, including Senior Manager of Change and Knowledge Governance and Configuration Management Architect at Maximus. Prior experience includes Program Manager for Configuration Management at Leidos and Senior Configuration Manager at Cognosante. Tamara also worked at Perspecta as Enterprise Change, Configuration & Asset Manager and held similar positions at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, alongside specialized roles for the United States Government. Early career experiences include a focus on systems administration and change management, with significant positions at Kindred Healthcare and Hilliard Lyons. Tamara studied at Armstrong State University and Hollins University.
