Vance Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information systems and project management within the healthcare and higher education sectors. Currently serving as Director of Information Systems for the California Health Care Options project at MAXIMUS since November 2016, Vance oversees all information systems functions related to the contract with the California Department of Health Care Services.
