William Paul Liggett

William Paul Liggett is an experienced technology professional specializing in DevSecOps, software engineering, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a SETA - RPA/AI Project Manager and Developer at Maximus, Liggett leads a Department of Defense pilot project aimed at enhancing document processing efficiency through Robotic Process Automation and AI/ML. As the founder and DevSecOps Architect at junktext LLC, Liggett developed CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of web applications.
