Bonnie Johnston

Bonnie Johnston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support, talent management, and organizational culture. Currently serving as a Business Partner to Brent Duffy at Maximus International since April 2025, Bonnie previously held roles as People and Culture Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at All G Foods from May 2021 to April 2025. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEOs and COOs at Australian Vintage Limited, as well as roles at various organizations such as Geometry Australia and Empire Music Agency, which Bonnie founded. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Music from the Australian Institute of Music and ongoing accreditation in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Human Synergistics, alongside a Certificate IV in Event Management from TAFE NSW.
