Tracey Sandeman

Tracey Sandeman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tracey is currently the Director - Strategy + Advice at Maximus International, providing strategic business transformation and efficiency advice to clients. Tracey is also the Founder of Locally Grown, a business that aims to connect investment communities with local businesses for growth and funding opportunities. Tracey was the Director of Sandeman Consulting Pty Ltd, where they delivered strategic guidance, value-add investment analysis, and mentorship to clients. Tracey served as a Director at Enova Community Energy, contributing to the company's efforts in renewable energy and community empowerment. Additionally, Tracey worked as a Director, Strategy - G+T Innovate at Gilbert + Tobin and held various roles at Diners Club Australia, GEM Consulting / Poynton Partners, FreightCorp, Allens, and Hunt & Hunt, where they gained experience in finance, business development, management consulting, and legal services.
