Vanessa Gavan

Vanessa Gavan is a seasoned entrepreneur, psychologist, and commercial advisor with over 20 years of experience in transforming international organizations and their leaders through progressive leadership solutions. As the Founder and Joint Managing Director of Maximus International, established in 2001, Vanessa has focused on enhancing leadership capabilities within the market. Current roles include serving as an Advisory Board Member for WeAre8, a platform aimed at connecting brands and individuals to address global challenges, and as a member of Chief Executive Women. Additionally, Vanessa is a Certified SU International Expert Faculty at Singularity University, where the focus is on leadership driven by purpose and impactful innovation. Previous experience includes founding Imprint Global, a technology product designed to align individual and organizational performance, and holding a managerial position at TMP Worldwide. Vanessa holds degrees in Psychology from the University of Wollongong and the University of Sydney, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
