Jared Putman

Jared Putman is a seasoned professional in customer education and technical communication with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Education at Maxio since May 2022, Jared oversees a team focused on creating and delivering educational resources, including a digital knowledge base and online training courses. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Documentation Specialist at SaaSOptics, where Jared managed the company's online help site, and as Product Communication Specialist at RouteMatch Software, responsible for user documentation within an agile development cycle.
