Carles Caparros

Carles Caparros is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and quality management, currently serving as the Manresa Quality Manager for Steel Wheels at Maxion Wheels España since February 2018 and also as the Europe Regional Manager of Operational Excellence for Steel Wheels Europe since January 2013. Carles has extensive experience in operational excellence management, having held various roles at Hayes Lemmerz Global Wheel Group from 2001 to 2009, including Operational Excellence Manager for Spain and Paint Line Area Manager at the Manresa plant. Carles holds a Master in Business Administration from Universitat de Vic and an Engineering degree in Industrial Organization from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, alongside multiple certifications in lean methodologies and Six Sigma.
