Leonardo Alvarez

Leonardo Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Leonardo started their career at Maxirest, where they held various roles such as CTO, Senior Software Architect, and Senior Developer. In these positions, they led multidisciplinary teams, made technology decisions, and defined standards for design and construction. Leonardo also planned and implemented complex applications by dividing them into smaller, manageable components. After their tenure at Maxirest, Leonardo served as the Manager of the Research, Design, and Development Department, where they managed tasks, projects, and the overall administration of the department. Leonardo also worked as a Project Leader and Analyst Programmer at the company. Apart from Maxirest, Leonardo has been involved in teaching roles, serving as a Professor at ORT Argentina, Instituto Padre Luis Tezza, and Instituto Nacional de Educación Tecnológica - INET. At INET, they were specifically a Professor in the Codo a Codo program, which aimed to provide programming education to individuals with a secondary school degree and enable their employment opportunities in the technology sector.
