Aizat Asyraf Noor Mohammad possesses extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Technical Helpdesk Specialist & Team Manager at Maxis since September 2012, Aizat is responsible for providing a single point of contact for customer complaints and coordinating with various departments. Prior experience includes a position as a Technical Customer Service Executive at VADS Berhad, where Aizat provided inbound technical support for TM’s Streamyx services, as well as handling complex customer cases. Aizat began the career as a Retail Executive at GUARDIAN Pharmacy, focusing on customer service and office management. Aizat holds a Diploma in Engineering of Electrical and Electronic (Communications) from MARA University of Technology and completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in Electrical Engineering.
